A typical consulting project starts with a business analysis & modeling phase. Professional Services will work with your organization to fully understand your existing business and identify a set of strategic goals.
From the information analyzed, we prepare a set of recommendations for reaching the identified goals. This is done from a synoptic viewpoint, taking into account any necessary changes to existing processes, personnel requirements and available financial resources. These recommendations form a plan for achieving your business goals within existing resources.
We then begin the development process, working along the timeline established during the planning phase. Each project is handed over to our Development Group while the Professional Services Group continues to work with our client on business processes.
